Sellers Fees

Can anyone help me understand why my sellers fees are running just over 50% of my sales?  I am a basic seller with no store and my fees in the past have been about 25%.  I haven't changed anything but obviously ebay has.  I know they are charging final value on shipping but this is crazy.  Thanks!
