i did purchased huawei mate 20 pro and item arrived at my home Nov,15 and the day later Nov,16 i realise that phone is defect screen this is my first time to got defective device so i message to seller Nov,16 but seem no reply over a week so on Nov,24 i dicided to returned request but seem seller still no creat the label and no any reply yet
i just worry about the restocking fee 25% from phone which defective
what i should do now ? i spend 969.99 for that phone ,i am so confused
this is my first time to return the item since i am ebay user for 6 years
