Seller wants buyer to offer same amount of money he/she offers her/his items

There is a seller who wants buyer to make offer at the same price he/she offer his/her items.

This is a free market in the United States of America and he/she denied me the right for life time already to make offers again for a 1903 Guatemalan 5 Pesos.

This is a violation to consumers' rights.

He lowers down price of items only one or three few dollars of the original price. This is not fair, it is an entrapment as well as an  unfair business practice prohibited by law.

In that case, that seller should remove the the word "make offer," from the tag he/she place to his/her items displayed for sale.

How can it be possible that he/she asks buyer to make offer and at a time he/she is expecting the buyer to make offer at the same price he/she is offering the item for sale?

Apparently eBay has been adding "Make An Offer" to some auctions where the seller did not exactly want to receive offers.  The fact that you made an offer, therefore, does not mean that the seller is required to accept it.
