Seller that keeps taking item off and putting back on even after I won the item.

The item that I won the first time has been took off for the second time. Now this is the third time it's back on .claims that people complained about the shipping costs. Well the shipping cost the same as when I won it. This is not fair to us bidders.so when I change my mind after bidding on something and I win this means I can cancel and not have to pay. I don't think this is fair. Because you guys alerted me that day and said I won..then it was cancel by the seller. This is wrong.
