Seller sent wrong item, tried to resolve issue with seller what’s next?

Seller sent wrong item, tried to resolve issue by contacting the seller not once but twice letting them know they sent the wrong item and I have not heard anything from the seller. So what’s next?

Start with opening a return request for an item that doesn’t match the listing.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them. 

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
