Seller misrepresenting multiple items

I was browsing through bead listings and came across a seller who was misrepresenting several listings as beads being something they were not.  I messaged the seller to inform them that their listings were incorrect.  The title of one listing was changed, but the country of origin wasn't.  The other 3 listings were not changed.  The seller responded to my message by being defensive and nasty.  I have studied beads for more than 30 years, a collector, and a Graduate Jeweler from the GIA (Gemological institute of America).  There doesn't seem to be any way to report this seller to eBay.  Why not?  I can't in good conscience let buyers be defrauded.  Doesn't eBay care about this?
