I'm quite new to ebay, and don't have much experience yet with how these types of things work. I've ordered a handful of things, and all but one of them have gone through with no issues.
A couple of days ago, I committed to purchasing an item. I immediately tried to pay for the order, but was told:
"One or more sellers can't accept payments right now. Contact the sellers for help."
So, I contacted them. Fast forward to today, I haven't heard anything back, I still can't pay for the item, and it doesn't seem like ebay can help with this. It's only been a couple of days, but I only have two more for the payment issue to be resolved.
I'm not necessarily worried about losing the item, but I don't want a negative mark on my account. Like I said, I just started using ebay, and I don't want one of my first few purchases to be a big red flag.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do? Or, alternatively, does anyone know how I could contact ebay and let them know what's going on, so my account doesn't get negatively marked?
