Seller intercepted package

I purchased a few swimsuits from a seller and when the package got to my local post office they intercepted the package and had it sent back to sender. I reached out several times the past 3 days and no answer. I also saw that the day it was supposed to arrive they put an additional request to intercept. Has this happpen to anyone? The items were supposed to ship from a few cities over however i noticed that on the selllers profile the location was Hong Kong. Im so disappointed and confused...
