Seller hub offer count not changing

My seller hub overview is not changing the count on any of my fixed price items, my auctions, or promotional free listings. The balance is the same as days ago, while I'm listing. Ebay CS, says there is no known problem. I've tried my desktop, my tablet & phone, also listing while Ebay CS views. I like knowing where i am with my subscription . Any clues or similar problems . Thanks
