I purchased an item on 7/23 and it still hasn't shipped. I was hoping to get it on the weekend. The seller had a very low feedback (5), with one negative. Now, I just want to cancel the whole thing and buy it at a store. I used PayPal. If I request to cancel from the seller, I'm sure they won't respond and just delay my purchase longer. What can/should I do?
