Seller doesn't issue the invoice

I recently won two items from the same seller with some days between the auction ends. In this period between the auctions I informed the seller to wait with final invoice until my bidding is over. When I won the second item, I asked him for final invoice with combined shipping cost, but nothing happened. I repeated my message but received neither an answer or the invoice. The only thing that arrived was Ebay reminder to pay for the items won. However, if I try to do that, the system doesn't let me finish the process because the seller hasn't provided the shipping cost data. So I am deadlocked and don't know what to do, but I still want my items.

Please help.
