Seller ZIP Code must be 5 or 9 digits.

Hi there, these are my first seteps selling, I apologise for my ignorance. I am having a hard time trying to set the shipping options of my ad. I need to offer worldwide shipping from Argentina and the Shipping calculator takes my package dimensions and weight but will not take my postal code, it describes "Seller ZIP Code must be 5 or 9 digits." I enter mine which are C1119AAB or 1119 and its hopeless the system will not take them.

I need the advice of more experienced sellers about this. I find the ad system very confusing and complicated when it comes to Shipping options if you are not in the US. The system seems to only allow US sellers to establish the correct shipping options.

Any other advice will be welcome,
