Seller Sent Refund by Mistake

I received the item I purchased and for some reason the seller refunded me. Now they are saying it was a mistake. They are asking for my email and will send an invoice. 

I'm willing to pay for the item but the whole thing sounds suspicious coming from an Asian seller.

Thoughts or advise is appreciated.

Mistakes do happen. If you are satisfied with the item, ask the seller to set up a listing for you to purchase to repay the refund. That way, you do not have to provide your email address, which I would not share with this seller.

Make sure you are totally satisfied with the item - you will have no way to request a return since they have already refunded your payment.
