Searching for numbers in a range

For searching for a device by model number, the only way I know of at this time is to do a search for "device_name (10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,...)" (where ... is 23,24,... through 100 or whatever) - As you can imagine, that's not exactly HELPFUL.

I could deal with a RegEx search or ANYTHING with a little more smarts, and less AI at times too (I keep looking for exact search terms and getting "helpful" listings thrown in - Sometimes listings that have nothing at ALL to do with my search terms, too.)

Anyone have ideas other than making 20 saved searches, first with (1..20), the next with (21..40) and so on?

{I find it would be really handy to have the old "*" wild card sometimes, too...}
