Searching by 'lowest price' - without displaying £0.99 unnecessary items from a drop down list?

How do I search by lowest price - without having higher prices appear in the results as multiple listings!
It seems this is likely done to draw attetion towards sellers' pages who anticipate people will see their listings
whilst searching by lowest price, so they list the item I've searched for in a drop down list, with something I don't need & didn't search for listed as the lowest cost item within that listing (eg, a paperclip for £0.99, & a packet of paper for £9.99, which makes it near impossible to locate any packets of paper below that price, the lower cost item tends to be there to make you see they're listing, thats all I can gather.)

How do I get around this problem?  I'd love some help if possible.

When I try to search for something, too many sellers are listing products in a way which makes it too timely to even bother searching ebay.

For EG, I may want to buy the cheapest 16gb flash drive available so I start a searcg. 16gb USB flash drive sorted by price etc, using all available options in advanced searching - the first results list as £0.99, free postage etc, so this appears in my search findings.

When I click on the item, it isn't what I intended to search for - since I need to select the product I need from a list within the search result.

So what appeared to be a 16gb flash drive for £0.99, is in fact something completely different which gives reason to appear in the search result (eg, £0.99 for a card reader),
then when I select from the various options available including colour etc, I find the product I need, which isn't £0.99, its actually £20.99 for the 16gb flash drive.

It's not viable to search ebay any more due to the time it takes to sift through this misleading method or item listing which tends to be a way of diverting your attention towards more expensive items, since the seller can't use a simple search engine to actually locate the lowest cost options available.

Does anybody know a way to get around this problem?  If I'm searching for a 16gb flash drive, I don't want the accessories for it to appear as the cheapest option available, because thats not what I searched for & if the prooduct I need is to be selected from a list eg, '16gb flash drive - uk shipping - £0.99 to £20.99', it's useless to provide me with results external to what I searched for, & since £0.99 is the first option which lists in order of lowest price, it makes the search engine redundant & impossible to distiguish the lowest cost options.

any ideas?
