Searches not saving correctly?!

I'm having trouble with my saved searches.  When I create or modify one, eBay is adding "+" symbols in where spaces appear for some reason.  This completely mucks up the search, usually bringing up absolutely nothing for which I'm looking.  I have to manually remove the "+" signs and search again in order to complete the search correctly.  Also, because of this recent development (it's been happening for about three or four days now), of course my e-mail notifications either don't come at all or are filled with garbage about which I could not possibly care less.

I am not using eBay on a phone.  Phones are for calls.  I'm working from a laptop and/or desktop, both very secure and the situation exists on both.  Has anyone found a workaround?  "Edit your search" does not work.

It's very hard to buy things you can't find, and it's infuriating when you would've bought it if you could but your saved search for it is 100% useless.
