Hello, I am having MAJOR difficulty managing "My Collections" for a while now and that's approximately a year or so I am having difficulty Adding, Editing, Removing or Deleting items in the Collection or collection itself. It pops a Red message stating "! Hmmm, something's not working. Please try again." But try again option is N/A because error repeats. I tried using different computers, different platforms, different you name it yet issue persists and I cannot cleanup or fix or get rid of Collection listings... Is this some type of script or coding issue and how can I fix it? Before this issue cured, my collection would occasionally pop error while editing or removing listings and it will pile up icon on top of icon while shifting things around. But now I can't even add a new Collection or continue saving listings to existing collections I would get red error such as "Sorry, there are system errors. Please try again.".... so what's up with this?
Ebay has been working on reformatting the watch list and collection lists which is causing issues for some users.
Some users have reported they can still access their collection list by going to the upper left hand corner under their name and clicking on the collections link. Also some users can view existing collections from their ebay profile page.
This a link to a discussion board thread in regards to this test, basically ebay says if it is affecting users negatively they will end the test early. Also that after the watch list test is over they will add back the collections and lists that you previously had. If you are having problems or this is affecting your ebay experience let ebay know.
