Sales Tax on the Buyers Order Page.

I've been on managed payments for quite some time now.  I also have a premium store subscription for both of my selling accounts.  On one of them when I click on the order details page I can see the tax that was collected by ebay.  But on the other one that I've had for years and been on managed payments since Sept 2018 I can not see the tax collected.

Does anyone know why one account would not show tax collected?  How would I get it to show up?
