SUSPECTED FRAUD VAN CLEEF & ARPELS ALHAMBRA LISTINGS

There has been a recent "flood" of Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra listings that are listed way below normal prices.  I did bid on one such item, won the auction, paid ...and then received an e-mail from e-bay that said the item was no longer available.  That the seller was no longer an e-bay member.  But NOT to worry IF I had already paid...just wait and see.  And then in nothing showed up, or the merchandise was not as expected, then open a case with the resolution center.
