I've attempted to purchase the exact same item 3 times now. Each time I am outbid at the last second. The item reappears for sale several months later. It appeared again today. This is the 3rd time. I repeat, it is the exact same item, suggesting that the Seller is himself outbidding me. What can be done about this?
