SCAM????? This is the 2nd camper I have inquired about with the same language about EBAY

The sale price is $2,000(No payments or trades!). It belonged to my husband and after he passed away I decided to sell it and moved back to my parents in Hamilton, MT. I just went through throat surgery and it's pretty difficult on my own so i've signed a contract with eBay to take care of selling the trailer since I'm disabled currently. The trailer is here in Hamilton, MT at the shipping company, ready to be delivered. The eBay deal includes free delivery to your location within 2-3 days depending on the distance. Also you'll have 5 days inspection period before I receive any money and if by any reason you find something you don't like about, you can send it back on my expense and you will receive a full refund of your money.

If you're interested in purchasing my trailer just email me with your full name, shipping address and phone number so I can notify eBay that you are selected as my possible buyer and they will contact you to explain the entire procedure.Hope to hear from you soon!

ebay has nothing to do with motor vehicles found on another website.

ebay does not have a warehouse, does not ship to you for free to inspect
and then ship it back if you don't like it. ebay does not accept ebay gift
cards in payment for a motor vehicle.

If you don't find the motor vehicle listed ON ebay, with a 12 digit item
number, that you either bid on or use the BUY IT NOW, the transaction is
a SCAM.  Stop communicating with the scammer.  Report that "listing" to
the website it is listed on.

You need to quit shopping on other sites and expecting the transaction to involve eBay.

There are many scam attempts like this reported here every day including some where the potential buyer did not ask about it til they had already sent the gift card numbers to the scammer.

Read back here a few pages and you'll see what I mean.

Congratulations on being skeptical.  You have saved yourself some money.

See here for some info about avoiding such scams:

The only way to purchase a vehicle on eBay is to sign in to eBay.com, find the vehicle on eBay and complete the checkout process on eBay. You may have to pay a deposit. Then you typically meet the seller to inspect the vehicle and pay the seller.

If you encountered an ad on another site, contact that site to have the ad removed. eBay is not involved with any ads listed on sites other than eBay itself.

You are contributing to the problem by thinking you can buy a $10k camper for 2k.
