S&H fee with your shipping

Has eBay, in its divine wisdom, now eliminated sellers ability to add a S&H fee to their listings.
All listings I've done today do not allow that feature.

I'm seeing $6.31 s/h to my location on all 3 listings you posted today.  Were there others that don't have it?

@annetweekes   You said "S&H"  since your items have shipping I am guessing that you mean a handling fee. 

You can add handling charges on calculated shipping only.  You do need to use the New Listing Tool that is located in Seller Hub.

If you are not using the New Listing Tool or calculated shipping then you have to add the handling cost to your item price.

Thanks. I found a toggle among the "shipping preferences" area. It's frustrating when eBay decides to make changes and it messes up what you've already got in place.
