Hello, if someone returns an item after the 30 day period, do you still have to refund?  He ordered on 6/4, delivered on 6/5 and he dropped off the return package on 7/13 and I got it on 7/16.  Thanks for any insight!

You don't have to refund through Ebay.

But, they can open a case with Pay Pal or their credit card, then you won't have an option, but to refund.

If you refund now, you can just refund the price of the item.

Thanks for your help.  I actually called eBay and they told me I can refund half and then if the buyer opens up a case, eBay refunds the other half on their behalf so that's what I did!!!
