You are not responsible for the arrival of the package at your buyer's address. It's the GSP's problem now. You need to have eBay turn over this problem to the Global Shipping Program.
You sold, packed and shipped the item to the GSP. You recieved the buyer's price payment and the shipping cost to ship to the GSP shipping facility. The GSP is now responsible for the shipment and condition of the item.
