I have a buyer that has complained about pricing. He purchased refrigerant gas and the price dropped the next day.  He has continually complained that the price he paid was not correct. 

1 We do not offer refunds as this is a commodity like gasoline and the price can fluctuate due to demand...

2 Now Ebay can see all the messages back and forth and has allowed the seller to open a case up as (item not as described)  even though looking at the messages the buyer states if they are not refunded they will do a return. E Bay is making  making us pay the return shipping at a cost of $66.00 over half the cost of the product.  Been selling on here for 15 years and this is getting absurd.
