Hi Everyone
I am a Seller on ebay and am presently dealing with a customers return (first experience for me)
Having sent the customer a return label and the lady telling me that it will be reurned that day... 19th of April 18; I have been expecting to have the Ebay return page https://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/ReturnsDetail?) updated to inform me that it was indeed shipped.
Nothing shows me that it was indeed shipped.
My Question: - Is this page automatically updated or do I have to chase the supplier (Amazon) for updates?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
