Returns when my store doesn't accept returns

I have a buyer wants a refund and return on a used item (auto part)  that requires dealer level equipment to get it to work. Buyer didn't do their research after i told him this is not plug n play. If the buyer want to return it he has to pay for the return.  Can anyone help on what i could do.

If you have no returns, you can denied the request, unless the reason selected is for an Item Not as Described, which overrides your no-return policy.  Then if you want you item back, accept the return and don't refund until it is back.  Otherwise, ebay will refund without a return.

The easiest way is to have the buyer go to his/her Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM. Depending on the reason for the return determines who pays return shipping. A prepaid shipping label for the return is provided. The buyer prints out the label, affixes it to the box, and has the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund the buyer within 2 days. If no refund, the buyer goes back to the case and clicks on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
