The card that I recently purchased an item needed to be closed and my refund can't go on that one. What do I need to do since you can't talk or chat with a LIVE person?

The refund can only go to the card used for the purchase. The card issuer will probably reject the refund. After that happens, customer service can put the refund in your PayPal account, or send you a check.
