Hello, I am in the process of returning an item due to the wrong item being sent. the seller sent me a direct message with his shipping label that he said I would not need to pay return shipping. I print the label that he gave me from the messages, stuck it on the package and sent it out. Here's the problem. Upon clicking ebay's return request, it shows me a DIFFERENT shipping label that I am supposed to print out that is not the same as what the seller sent me in direct messages. It says I must have it shipped out by oct 10th or the return is void. But I cannot ship using the return request label generated by ebay (which was usps) because I already shipped it out using the seller's fedex ground label that he sent me through direct messages. What's more frustrating is that the package that I returned using the seller's fedex ground label is now, "delivery exception" and "awaiting future delivery date". Ebay has sent me automated email saying that if I don't send it back by oct 10th, the refund request will be closed and I won't get a refund. What do I do?

Have you tried entering the tracking number from the Fed Ex label that the seller sent you into the Returns Request?
