Returning item after case closed

Now that the case is closed on my favor because item was not as listed,  and a refund was granted to me, after all this frustrating process, the seller, that never wants to get a win win decision before that, now he is willing to send the return label after the case was closed by ebay after going through its due process and in compliance with ebay's terms and conditions.

Does Im obligated to return the item eventhough this case was closed?
