Returning an item after using

I recently sold a sample of eye cream. The buyer complained it was “half full”. I explained to her samples are based on weight not the size of container which she seemed ok with. Now she says, after using the entire sample, that she wants her money back because there was hardly anything in it. I have a returns accepted rule. Will i have to refund her money?
