I recently sold an item to a buyer, using UPS Ground. A Dya later, the buyer informed me that he screwed up and used his old address, and that - as a result- it arrived and was refused by the current occupant. I expect it to be returned to me, the seller, soon. I am going to be charged for the returned shipment, as well as shipping to the new address? Can I issue an additional invoice? Thanks for anyone with experienced info on this problem that responds.
