I bought a crucifix on 21st January which my husband has barely worn due to restrictions in his job. He wore it the weekend of 23rd April and noticed the Christ had come off the cross and has been lost. Even if he was wearing it every day it shouldn’t have come off after such a short time so was clearly faulty. The returns window has been closed and I also can’t seem to leave feedback. Any messages I have sent the seller have been ignored. This is the second problem I have had with this, the first being the cross came off the chain. They replied very quickly with that, assuming as I could still return at that point. They said as it was soft rolled gold the clasp might need squeezing shut. I have just sent my third message about the Christ and have also contacted the eBay team who gave me a link to this forum and told me to contact citizens advice.

You only have 30 days for a complaint and 60 days for feedback.
So, how did you pay? Paypal gives you 180 days. No return label though.
CC companies can help too.

If you paid with PayPal, you can open a claim for refund there. Read this Help article, and then click in to the Resolution Center. https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/HELP238
Your third option, if you funded your purchase with a credit card, is to call the credit card company customer service. The number is on the back of the card. Whoever answers, ask the rep to transfer you to the chargeback desk. Before you get transferred, ask the rep to give you the direct number to that desk, so you won't have to sit through all that automated process again in case your call gets dropped accidentally.
