Return requests

Since eBay has pushed returns buyers do not ask for help any more. They just file a return request.  Also, the return request says to choose an option but yet it has already selected (Accept Return), so if you click continue you have agreed to accept a return. This is a bit tricky on eBay's part. Of course you can't talk to anyone about this whose first language is English or with anyone that can do anything about it. Quite a disservice to the eBay customers (Sellers).
