If a buyer waits 2 and a half months after receiving a used item (that was tested to make sure it worked before listing) to then say there are problems with it working...what options do I have? They already got it for dirt cheap since I paid for shipping... What's the return policy?
Too late for a case on eBay. However they can go to PayPal and open a case there for 180 days from payment. With a PayPal case you do not have to pay the return shipping charges.
