Return labels question

I am asking this here in the community because Ebay is not offering any optional contact link. Seller sent a head gasket with no extra cardboard, only a bag so it got folded and kinked so it would never seal properly.  They accepted the return and said they would send a return label through email. They didn't. Ebay is sending messages as if it were sent. How would they know? They are notifying me to send it back within 5 days and I would like eBay to step in and force seller to send the return label through eBay so there is no waiting and no question.
