The item I was returning was accepted for return according to eBay and I was sent a return label. I sent the item back and waited on my refund. No refund showed up. The other day the item that I sent back was redelivered back to me with a notice tag on it from the USPS saying the address was no good and the package could not be delivered back to the seller. I go back to eBay to get some help and they now tell me that it's been too long and they've closed out the transaction. Well, it would not have been too long if the return address on the label had been correct. Ebay refuses to to anything about it even though the return time limit was exceeded due to inaccurate information that was given by them to me on the return label. This is lunacy.

Contact customer service - they can appeal the closed case, and I assume they will issue the refund. They do not like it when sellers have bad info on file.
