Return an item that I've never received

I bought a product from a seller but have not received it. They only printed the shipping label but have not taken the item to the post office to ship it. They have had the item for 10 days after the expected delivery date and have never sent it to me. I have been contacted them, but they are unresponsive. I still do not have the option to contact ebay to step in. I issued a return and it says that it was accepted, but I cannot send the product back because the seller still has it. How do I receive my refund for this item? I just want my money back. Please help.

Hi @camrod3064  The seller has 3 days to respond to your refund case, and if they don't respond, you'll see the option to contact eBay to step in. Since this is a refund for Item Not Received, you won't be expected to send the product back.
