I opened a request on the 4 of March, it is not the 9th and I am not able to see it as an open return request and I am unable to contact Ebay customer service because it does not show as an option to contact by email or phone. I am sure they are not open yet, but the seller is very shrewd and has been making accusations as to the reason for my return request for not as described. I no longer want to deal with this seller because of these accusations and long rambling and nasty emails. I am worried because she is on the East Coast, and I am on the West that she will contact Customer Service by phone and they will rule in her favor. This happened to me once before when the seller contacted Customer Service before I even got up in the morning, and they ruled in their favor. I then had to call them, spent an hour and a half and finally got it reversed. I thought that returns were supposed to be "easy". why are Customer Service lines not open 24 x 7 when there are buyers and sellers all over the world? Why do they open at different times based on your region?
