I sold an item on eBay 11 days ago. Today I get a return request stating the person’s daughter ordered it without their permission and they didn’t realize it until today. (The item hasn’t been delivered to them).
My profile clearly states I do not accept returns.
What would the best option be? Decline the return? Refund/Return at their expense?
