Return Label not showing in “view return details”

The seller has agreed a return and to pay for postage. However following the eBay process there is no label to print within view return details. It just shows that a refund is agreed but no further detail on a postage label.

Almost feels like the app or eBay system is broken or glitched in this area? also you don’t seem to be able to talk to an actual person..

Any help is appreciated.
