Return Address written in Chinese

I want to return an item to a "U.S. Seller" but they gave me a foreign address written completely in Chinese.  Of course none of the Ebay help pages cover this.  Why would I have to pay double to return an item to an overseas address?  Well, I guess I have to eat the $14 and accept the fact that Ebay lists sellers as "U.S." when they are actually from China.
