Resolution too low on verification document

I can't seem to upload any pictures of my ID that has high enough resolution. I've tried my phone camera, I've tried doing it on the laptop, app, and my phone chrome browser, but it keeps saying the same thing and now my account is on hold. What is a high enough resolution? Be ause the pictures I'm taking are extremely clear and readable, but apparently not good enough.

@sheswic_36   Is your phone set to take pictures in JPG and not Heic?   Heic is the default for iPhones.  

You can change your phone settings to most compatible then it will take JPG photos.
