Ordered an auto part that I can not use .. Requested a return & refund ,but EBay seems to be denying the request for the order..... Besides, did not realize that this was a free local pick up from a different state !!The shipping cost was $19.99 !! But I did not agree or reply to the seller on the shipping cost ? So, why was the order sent anyway ????
