Reporting a DANGEROUS item purchased through eBay

A few months back I purchased a replacement blade for a blender, and yesterday 2 of the 4 blades broke off while blending a smoothie. The blades got rusted after 1 use, so I carefully hand-washed and dried them after each use. I was horrified when I discovered the 2 broken blades in the bottom of my glass after drinking the smoothie, and I'm very thankful I didn't swallow the metal blades while drinking! When I click on the item name in my order, it pulls up a totally different seller name, and when I clicked on VIEW PAYPAL TRANSACTION (after signing in to my Paypal accout) it came back with BAD REQUEST. I contacted the seller as a courtesy to report this dangerous product, and he passed it off as nothing, and made it clear he does not feel obligated to warn the buying public or issue a refund.  I can't find where I can report this product to eBay. I'm not out for revenge, just want to report the product and will be changing feedback I left to BUYER BEWARE-DANGEROUS PRODUCT. Advice on how to proceed appreciated. I may just have to call eBay.
