Removing items from "eligible for best offer" when you don't want to send the customer an offer.

I routinely send out offers to customers utilizing the "Eligible for Best Offer" feature.  But there are some items that I don't want to discount or items that have only recently been listed that end up being watched and therefore end up in my list of items that are eligible for best offers.  I have to search through those items to find the ones that I do want to send offers to.  I cannot find a way to remove them.  Can someone help me?
