I've listed Chanel No5 Eau de Toilette, given to my friend by her husband but never used, and ebay keeps removing listing stating it is counterfeit. It is NOT!! How do I get them to stop removing the listing?

STOP RE-LISTING IT.
eBay knows it's the same item from the same seller. You can't change their opinion.
