Refunding a buyer, but not accepting the item back! HELP!!

So, a buyer has a problem with an item that I sent and wants a refund, after returning the item.

I don't care about getting the item back. How do I just refund the buyer???

In the Return Request, that they need to open, one of the options is to refund in full and they keep the item.

To issue a full refund

1. Go to your Returns dashboard
2. Select View return details beside the item.
3. Select Give a full refund and then Continue.
4. On the next page you'll see the refund amount. Select Refund the buyer.

Buyer can open a return request and there is an option to refund without requiring a return.  This should get your fees credited.

Or you can use the cancel with refund option in the drop down menu next to the item.
