Refunded item now customer recieved and wants to buy it

I previously refunded item believed to be lost in the usps delivery system which now showed up and buyer wishes to keep and pay me for item but the case is closed what are my options?

Once the refund was sent eBay considers the sale closed and the seller has no way to invoice for repayment through eBay. If your buyer wants to repay you they will have to send the payment directly to you through PayPal or another payment option.  I have done this as both the seller and the buyer as that is how eBay instructed me to do so.
