I paid for a security camera from seller he then informed me that somebody broke in and stole it from him. I asked for a refund but now he won’t respond. I’ve tried contacting eBay but they say the offices are closed. I’ve sent several emails to get a refund but seller won’t respond. Is there anything I can do to get my money back
